Three simple steps
It's free, with no commitment.
Interest-list families choose class times before schedules open to anyone else.
Fall 2026 classes are already running with our co-op partner — public class times open to the interest list first.
What a class looks like
Kids don't need less risk — they need well-managed challenge, coached one earned step at a time.
Now & next
Fall 2026 classes are running in partnership with a Tampa-area homeschool co-op — outdoor parkour and structured movement, coached with the Kinetic Codex method. Enrollment for those classes is through the co-op.
Public class times are being finalized. Interest-list families get first pick of times and founding pricing before anything opens to the public.
Age groups and class times open based on qualified interest-list interest — tell us your athlete's age below.
You see the progress
Every family gets the Playce parent portal. After class you don't get a shrug — you see exactly which skills your athlete attempted, worked, and mastered, and what they're climbing toward next.
No participation trophies — real milestones, tracked by their coach.

Your coach
Aubrey Hutchison founded Playce Academy after more than 20 years in parkour and acrobatics. He has been active in the Tampa parkour community since 2004 and created the Kinetic Codex method to give athletes a clear, progressive way to build movement skills.

Good questions
Classes serve ages 5 through 17 today, grouped by age and ability, with younger age bands coming. Tell us your athlete's age on the interest list form and we'll shape class groups around who signs up.
Our first classes are running in fall 2026 through a partnership with a Tampa-area homeschool co-op (enrollment for those is through the co-op). Public class times are being finalized and are announced to interest-list families first, before anything opens to the public.
Yes — classes are built on structured progressions, so nobody attempts a skill they haven't earned the prerequisites for. Athletes use soft portable equipment at low working heights and learn to assess a challenge and work within their current ability. Class placement is based on age, readiness, and available schedule.
Classes are deliberately small-group, so every athlete gets coached — not supervised. Exact class sizes are published with each class when enrollment opens.
Playce Academy is an approved Step Up For Students provider (PEP and FES-UA). Scholarship funds may cover the full cost of classes. Eligibility for each purchase is determined by Step Up For Students under the applicable purchasing guide — confirm coverage through your EMA account before enrolling.
Classes are held outdoors. If lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe heat is expected, Playce Academy will notify families before class whenever reasonably possible, and a class we cancel is made right — the exact make-up and credit policy is published with enrollment.
Planned pricing is month to month with no long-term contract. Final fees and any promotions are confirmed when enrollment opens — interest-list families see them first.
Nothing. Joining is free and creates no payment obligation — it saves your priority spot and gets you class-time announcements, priority enrollment before public registration opens, and the first location announcement.
